We limited the use of Artificial Intelligence on our site to our third-party cookieless didactical chatbot, “Teddy Chat.”

Teddy AI Chat — Data Collection & Use Statement

• No cookies or local storage. Teddy Chat runs entirely cookieless and does not set any browser identifiers.
• No PHI / PII was captured. A client-side filter strips personal details before they leave the browser, so Teddy Chat never stores or processes Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Retention & purpose. Only anonymous, event-level telemetry (e.g., button taps, timestamps) is logged. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), retained for up to 30 days, and used solely to maintain and improve the service, never for marketing.
